We aim to match clients with the service, and therapist or coach within 48hrs of speaking to one of our team members – however this could be longer depending on the individual needs and availability.  If you only complete the online referral form and you do not wish to speak to a member of our team, you will be sent a matching email based on the details provided within 48hrs.
